Driven by an insatiable curiosity and a thirst for personal growth, I have always followed my inner compass. This journey led me from studying educational science and adult education in Marburg, Ireland, and Hamburg to various professional roles in the fields of further education and human resources. Along the way, I cultivated a passion for coaching, meditation, and spirituality.
In late 2021, my life took a major turn. When the company I worked for was acquired, I decided to leave my employer after 13 years. While this decision was daunting after so many years, it also presented an opportunity to fulfill a long-cherished dream: I embarked on a several-month journey, during which I also sought clarity about my future career path. This period of introspection prompted me to ask myself crucial questions: “Do I want to continue my professional journey in the same way until retirement?” “Is there something out there that could offer me more meaning and personal growth?” “Is this turning point an opportunity to completely reset my professional direction?” “What truly matters to me in life, and what does that mean for my professional future?”
At that time, I found myself in a state of inner uncertainty, akin to a thick, impenetrable fog. My tried-and-true go-getter strategy of setting and achieving goals no longer worked. I had no choice but to put my impatience aside and trust that the right path would reveal itself at the right time. In the meantime, I followed my fascination and curiosity, which led me not only to Spain, Italy, and France but also to an in-depth study of Human Design, the Gene Keys, and the Akashic Records.
Gradually, it became clear to me that I wanted to reinvent myself professionally and move away from my previous work. Inspired by the motto “Been there, done that – What’s next?”, I envisioned combining my learnings from my career clarity journey, my 20+ years of experience in HR, my work as a coach and mentor, and my training in spirituality to create offerings for people on a similar path as mine.
This journey of self-discovery and transformation has been a powerful reminder to trust the process, embrace uncertainty, and stay true to my inner calling. With a renewed sense of purpose and excitement, I am now embarking on this next chapter and share my learnings and experiences with others.

I studied Educational Science with a focus on Adult Education and Counseling and a minor in Psychology in Marburg, Cork (Ireland), and Hamburg. After graduating, I began my career in the further education sector. After several years as a center manager and educational counselor, I transitioned to the HR department of various companies. My focus areas included HR development, recruiting, employer branding, HR marketing, and working as an HR business partner.
In 2006, I completed my Coaching training with a focus on Adlerian psychology at the Hamburg Institute for Educational Counseling and Supervision. This approach is based on the Individual Psychology of Alfred Adler. Since then, I have worked continuously as a coach and mentor on a part-time basis.
I discovered my passion for personal development and spirituality about 10 years ago. Since then, I have been inspired and greatly contributed to my personal development by people like Richard Rudd, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Emma Dunwoody and Hellè Weston. In 2022, I completed my three-year training in the DEAN method (energy work, meditation, as well as basics of TCM and Daoism) with Master Dean Li and my training as an Akashic Records Reader with Heather Ivany. In 2023, I became certified in the Big 5 LINC Personality Profiler and deepened my intuitive and psychic skills through various trainings with Ellen Mahloy. I also completed her “Reiki with Angels” -training level 1. In 2024 I joined Ellen Mahloy and her collective of talented psychics as an assistant teacher for psychic development and got certified as a “Reiki with Angels” practitioner.
