My approach combines classic coaching methods from Individual Psychology with the higher wisdom of the Akashic Records.
I also work with short meditations and visualizations.
From the perspective of Individual Psychology, the human being is indivisible, meaning that body, soul, and spirit form a unit. Alfred Adler, the founder of this approach, assumes that “it is not the facts that determine our lives, but how we interpret them.” We develop these interpretation patterns in the first few years of our childhood. After that, they become an integral part of our personality and a filter that determines how we perceive the world around us. An integral part of the coaching approach is to become aware of exactly the filters that stand in our way in our adult life and prevent us from developing our full potential. In this way, we can free ourselves from old, obstructive patterns and replace them with more powerful and supportive perspectives.
The Akashic Records are a valuable resource when we want to see the “bigger picture” and the meaning behind current life events. They give us the opportunity to connect with the Higher Consciousness/Spirit. In this way, we have access to information that is important to us at that particular moment. Your Akashic Record contains the history of your soul – where you have been before, your current issues and the connection to your task in this life. It is also a portal to connect you with your Spirit Team.
Through my coaching approach, you have the opportunity to create a new reality for yourself by recognizing and dissolving behavioral and thought patterns that no longer serve you.
